- Provided legal consulting and advisory services to large Florida MSO in False Claims Act (FCA) Litigation with the Department of Justice.
- Represented clients in self-disclosure and negotiation of resolution for governmental payer program enforcement activities.
- Advised multi-state digital health businesses on federal and state compliance and regulatory issues and structured national delivery-of-care footprint to comply with the corporate practice of medicine.
- Assisted in the representation of sellers of health clinic network in transaction in excess of $35 million.
- Structured “friendly P.C.s” for multi-state digital health businesses and provided guidance on telehealth modalities and corporate practice of medicine.
